Agreement
By booking a spot in any of our workshops or classes, you agree to our terms and conditions, including prompt pickup to avoid late fees. Three Birds Creative reserves the right to update these terms as necessary.
Age Requirements
Suitable for children aged 6 to 16.
Younger children may attend if accompanied by a parent or guardian (16+) to assist them.
Parents or guardians must purchase a ticket if they wish to participate and create their own project.
Late Pickups
A $1 per minute fee applies for late child collections to cover staff overtime.
Workshops & Sessions
All sessions are Drop & Go.
All materials provided, but children should bring morning tea.
A water filter is available for refills.
Minimum Capacity
A minimum of 6 participants is required per session. If this number is not reached by 5pm the day before, the session will be rescheduled and alternative arrangements offered.
Cancellations & Refunds
48-hour notice required for cancellations. A make-up session will be offered based on availability.
No refunds, transfers, or credits for missed sessions.
Booking Transfers
Bookings are transferable only if the replacement participant meets the session’s requirements.
Reservation Confirmation
Your spot is confirmed once full payment is received. Expect an automated email confirmation (check spam/junk folders if necessary).
