Postage

Australia wide Postage: Our postage is calculated by weight. shipping is through Australia Post.
Pickup & Delivery: Free from our Karratha HQ. These options are available at checkout.

-All orders are dispatched daily Tuesday-Friday.
-Please note during sales and launches there may be a 1-2 day delay in dispatching your order.
-If the driver is unable to leave your parcel in a safe place, your parcel will be redirected to your nearest Australia Post Office.-If you don't have a safe spot for Australia Post to deliver to, we highly recommend selecting the signature on delivery option as we will not be held responsible for theft/stolen packages.
-Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email from us with your tracking information. We are not responsible for any late deliveries or loss/damage due to error from Australia Post or incorrect information entered by the customer.

Care Instructions

All wooden Items must be warm hand washed only, with a gentle detergent.
Boards are serving platters only, not for chopping board use.
Do not cut on resin.
Do not soak.
Not suitable for Dishwasher.

Damages

Three Birds Homewares holds a NO WARRANTY policy. Once tags are removed from merchandise, we are not responsible for any damage that occurs. Three Birds Homewares items are delicate and experience normal “wear and tear” over time.

In the unlikely event the merchandise has faulty manufacturing within a 30 day period; you can return it within that period of 30 days to be fixed. We will not fix colour fading, marks or scratches. If you follow your care instructions you will not have these problems.
