COLOUR ME HAPPY! - Karratha Kids Art Program 

Colour Me Happy Is a drop-&-go art program for Children in the Pilbara. 
Each week children will create a new artwork to take home. Children will have the opportunity to use different mediums and learn new skills and techniques while having a positive creative outlet and freedom to make their own choices with their artwork! 

Rather than focusing on a "perfectly  finished piece" In this program we focus on the process and joy of creating and trying new things. Creating art is not only fun, it can also help with stress relief, aid in processing emotions and feelings, and improve fine motor skills.  

Tuesday afternoons 3.30pm-5pm 
Tuesday class discounted to $115 for last minute enrolments. Discount reflects weeks missed. 
Tuesday 90min Classes are suitable for all children who love arts & crafts. These lively classes are great for kids who enjoy finishing projects quickly, have limited focus or prefer a more relaxed approach that doesn’t dwell too much on fine details. 

Wednesday afternoons 3.30pm-5.30pm.
Wednesday 2hr Classes are designed for young art enthusiasts eager to deepen their skills. Perfect for those who are really passionate about art and eager to enhance their abilities by learning new techniques and refining their artistic talents. 
Please Note -This class is designed for children who are eager to learn & improve. In the event of disruptive behaviour, parents will be contacted and children will be asked to relocate either a Tuesday or Thursday class for a smoother learning environment. Your understanding is appreciated. 

Thursday afternoons  YEAR 6 STUDENTS 3.30pm-5.30pm.
Thursday 2hr Classes are for Year 6 students looking to move into the Highschool Class in 2025. 
This program is designed to get them prepared for the more challenging high school class. Perfect for those who are really passionate about art and eager to enhance their abilities by learning new techniques and refining their artistic talents. 

Programs start week 2 of term 3, following the school term. Classes will run weekly on your selected day for the duration of Term 3 (9weeks)

Unit 5/18 Hedland Place, Karratha
Directly Downstairs from Karratha Business Enterprise

Timing:
Art programs start week 2 of Term 3 and run on your selected day/time for the duration of term. 

Details:
Every class is a "Drop & Go" Session. All necessary materials for each class will be provided. Please ensure your child brings their own afternoon tea. We have a water filter in the studio where children can either use cups provided or refill their drink bottles. 

Age Requirements:
Kids workshops are suitable for children 6yrs+ 
Thursday class Year 6 only please.

The Team: Facilitator Jessica Walford is a local, award-winning artist with over 12 years' experience working with children, and 7 years' experience Facilitating Children's art programs throughout the Pilbara. Jess has three children of her own her "Three Birds" and is a Certified Therapeutic Art Life Coach. 

Your children are in great Hands! Everyone in the Three Birds Creative Team holds a current Working with Children Card & Senior First Aid Certificate. 

Booking Agreement:
By booking you agree to arrive promptly for drop-off and pickup. Failure to collect your child on time may incur a late pickup fee. 

Cancellation & No Show Policy:
We appreciate life's unpredictability. However, due to extensive preparatory work involved for each event, we cannot offer refunds, transfers, or credits for missed sessions. All purchases are final.

Your spot is secured upon receipt of full payment. Look out for an automated confirmation email and ensure the correct email is provided. (you may need to check your junk/spam)
