Drop & Go School Holiday Workshops January 2025

Join us for Drop & Go Workshops at Three Birds Creative! Kids aged 6 to 16 can explore their creativity through hands-on art and craft projects while you take some time for yourself. Our experienced team will guide each session, promoting self-expression and confidence as your children create and have fun.

Meet the Team – Experienced & Caring

Your children are in excellent hands! Each Three Birds Creative team member holds a current Working with Children Card and Senior First Aid Certificate. Our leaders include:

• Jessica Walford: A local, award-winning artist with 13+ years working with children and a certified Therapeutic Art Life Coach. Jess, mother to her "Three Birds" (ages "13, 11, and 9), brings both creativity and care to each session.
• Sorcha Young:  Sorcha is studying at University to become a primary school teacher and has years of experience working with children at local primary schools & facilitating art workshops at Three Birds Creative.
• Megan Capozzo: An art enthusiast and colour theory expert, Megan is a mom to two wonderful children and brings warmth and expertise to our workshops.
  
• Arden Kronk: Arden has been a student with Three Birds Creative for 4 years now, and has recently started assisting with workshops. Arden is full of creative colourful Ideas and brings fun and excitement to the Team.

Workshop Details

• Location: Karratha Business Enterprise Building, Unit 5/18 Hedland Place, Karratha (lower level on the right, behind the staircase).
• Times: Please arrive on time at 9 am; workshops conclude at 1 pm sharp.
• What to Bring: We provide all materials and equipment, but please pack morning tea, lunch, and a water bottle. Our Studio has a water filter for refills.

Three Birds Creative Terms and Conditions of Service

 Agreement:

• By purchasing a spot in any of our workshops or classes, you agree to our terms and conditions of service, including prompt pickup, to avoid late fees. Three Birds Creative reserves the right to update these terms at its discretion.

Age Requirements:

• This Class is suitable for children aged 6 to 16. Younger children can attend if accompanied by a parent or guardian over 16 to assist them with activities.
  

• Parents or guardians must purchase a ticket to the session if they wish to create their own crafts.

Late Collections of Children:  

• A discretionary fee of $1.00 per minute will be charged for late child collections. This fee supports the overtime wages we are legally obligated to pay our staff.

Classes, Workshops and Sessions:

• Every Activity is a "Drop &" Go" session. All necessary materials for each Activity will be provided. Please ensure your child brings their morning tea and lunch. We have a water filter in the Studio, where children can use the cups provided or refill their drink bottles.

• All workshops require a minimum of 6 bookings per Class to run. If the capacity minimum is not met, classes will be rescheduled, and you will be contacted for alternative arrangements.

Cancellations:

• We require a minimum of 48 hours notice for all booking cancellations; if you cancel, you will be provided active make-up sessions based on availability.

No-Shows:

• No refunds, transfers, or credits for missed sessions.

Bookings Transfer:

• Classes are transferable only if the person attending meets the criteria for the booked Class.

Reservation Confirmation: 

• Your spot is secured upon receipt of full payment. Look out for an automated confirmation email and ensure the correct email is provided. (you may need to check your junk/spam)
