Australia-wide Postage

• Our postage rates are calculated based on the total weight of your order and are processed through Australia Post.

• Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

• All orders are dispatched daily from Tuesday to Friday.

Processing & Dispatch Times

• Orders placed before 12 PM AWST on dispatch days will be processed and sent out the same day.

• Orders placed after 12 PM AWST or on non-dispatch days (Saturday–Monday) will be processed on the next available business day.

• During high-demand periods, such as sales and product launches, please allow an additional 1–2 business days for order processing.

Pickup & Local Delivery (Karratha Only)

• Free pickup is available from our Karratha HQ.

• Local delivery within Karratha is also available—these options will appear at checkout.

Shipping & Safe Delivery

• If no one is available to receive the delivery and there is no safe place to leave the parcel, your order will be redirected to the nearest Australia Post Office for collection.

• If you do not have a secure drop-off location, we highly recommend selecting the ‘Signature on Delivery’ option at checkout. This ensures your parcel is not left unattended, as we are not responsible for stolen or misplaced deliveries once handed over to Australia Post.

Tracking Your Order

• Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number.

• You can track your shipment through the Australia Post website.

• We are not liable for delays, lost parcels, or damages caused by Australia Post or incorrect address details entered at checkout.

Care Instructions

To ensure the longevity of your purchase, please follow these care guidelines:

• Wooden Items:

  • Hand wash only in warm water with a mild detergent.

  • Do not soak in water.

  • Not dishwasher safe.

• Resin & Wooden Boards:

  • Designed as serving platters only—not to be used as chopping boards.

  • Do not cut directly on resin.

  • Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to prevent warping or fading.

Damages & Warranty

No Warranty Policy

• Three Birds Creative does not offer a warranty on its products.

• Once tags are removed, we are not responsible for any damages that occur after purchase.

• As handmade and artisanal items, some wear and tear over time is normal and expected.

Returns for Faulty Manufacturing

• In the unlikely event of a manufacturing defect, you can return the item within 30 days of purchase for repairs.

• We do not offer repairs for:

  • Colour fading

  • Scratches or marks

  • Damage due to incorrect care

• Following the care instructions provided will help prevent these issues.
