REFUND & RETURN POLICY

At Three Birds Creative, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy, giving you 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Unused and unworn (if applicable)

  • In the original packaging with all tags attached

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at info@threebirdscreative.au with your order details.

Once your return is approved, we will provide:

  • A return shipping label (for eligible cases)

  • Instructions on how and where to send your package

Damages & Issues

We take great care in packaging our products, but if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please:

  1. Inspect your order upon arrival.

  2. Contact us immediately if there’s an issue so we can resolve it quickly.

We will assess the situation and provide a replacement, repair, or refund as necessary.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain products cannot be returned for hygiene, safety, or customization reasons, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom/personalized items (e.g., special orders, engraved pieces)

  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty/skincare products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Sale items & gift cards (all sales final)

Exchanges

If you need a different item, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to:

  1. Request a return for the original item.

  2. Once approved, place a new order for the item you want.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason—no justification required.

To qualify, the item must be:

  • Unworn/unused, in its original packaging

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund status.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days and returned to your original payment method.
