Effective Date: These terms and conditions apply from the commencement of your membership.
Thank you for choosing the Creative Escape to Reconnect Membership at Three Birds Creative. By purchasing this membership, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1.1 Subscription & Billing
Membership is purchased online viawww.threebirdscreative.au and will be billed weekly at the rate of:
$39 per week for individuals (ages 12+)
$49 per week for families (up to 4 people, all ages welcome)
Payment is processed automatically via the payment method provided at checkout.
Membership allows access to the studio during the specified session times.
1.2 Failed or Unsuccessful Payments
If a payment is unsuccessful, a $5.00 penalty fee will be applied.
The system will automatically attempt to process the payment again within 3 business days.
If payment continues to fail after multiple attempts, access to the membership will be temporarily suspended until the balance is settled.
2. Membership Cancellation & Transfers
Members may cancel at any time by emailing info@threebirdscreative.au with a 30-day notice period.
Membership access will remain active during the 30-day period, and the member will be billed as usual during this time.
No partial refunds or pro-rata adjustments will be made for unused sessions.
Memberships are non-transferable and cannot be shared with or transferred to another person.

3.1 Studio Session Times
Members can attend any of the following sessions:
Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday | 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM
Thursday Afternoon | 3:30 PM - 5:30 PM
Saturday | 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM
3.2 Supervision & Age Requirements
Individual memberships are available for ages 12 and over.
Family memberships are open to all ages, however children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult for supervision.
This membership provides access to a creative space but is not a structured art class.

Membership includes up to three canvases per week (size and type of your choice).
Members have access to all provided art supplies, including but not limited to watercolour, acrylic, oil pastels, and charcoal.
Additional canvases or supplies for extra projects are available for purchase.
Complimentary tea, coffee, juice, and biscuits are provided.
Three Birds Creative handles all set-up and clean-up for members.
