Tuesday, 11th February – Charcoal Sketching & Shading
Learn the characteristics and handling of charcoal as an art medium.
Practice basic sketching techniques, including outlines and proportions.
Apply shading techniques such as blending, cross-hatching, and gradients.
Understand the role of light, shadow, and texture in creating depth and dimension.
Complete an expressive charcoal sketch.
Tuesday, 25th February – Watercolour
Explore the unique properties of watercolour and how to use it effectively.
Learn basic techniques, including washes, gradients, and wet-on-wet painting.
Control water-to-paint ratios for desired effects.
Understand composition, light, and color harmony.
Complete a simple watercolour painting.
Tuesday, 11th March – Acrylic Landscapes
Learn the principles of landscape composition, including foreground, middle ground, and background.
Develop techniques for creating depth and perspective.
Use light, shadow, and color to create mood and atmosphere.
Explore brushwork and blending techniques to depict natural elements such as skies, trees, and water.
Complete a detailed landscape painting.

Tuesday, 8th April – Easter Artworks
Learn basic sketching techniques to create a rabbit and floral composition.
Explore color mixing and blending to create a cheerful and festive scene.
Develop skills in layering and adding details for texture and depth.
Use bright, spring-inspired colors for creative expression.
Complete an Easter-themed painting.

Agreement
By booking a spot in any of our workshops or classes, you agree to our terms and conditions, including prompt pickup to avoid late fees. Three Birds Creative reserves the right to update these terms as necessary.
Age Requirements
Suitable for children aged 6 to 16.
Younger children may attend if accompanied by a parent or guardian (16+) to assist them.
Parents or guardians must purchase a ticket if they wish to participate.
Late Pickups
A $1 per minute fee applies for late child collections to cover staff overtime.
Workshops & Sessions
All sessions are Drop & Go.
All materials provided, but children should bring morning tea and lunch.
A water filter is available for refills.
Minimum Capacity
A minimum of 6 participants is required per session. If not met, the session will be rescheduled, and alternative arrangements will be made.
Cancellations & Refunds
48-hour notice required for cancellations. A make-up session will be offered based on availability.
No refunds, transfers, or credits for missed sessions.
Booking Transfers
Bookings are transferable only if the replacement participant meets the session’s requirements.
Reservation Confirmation
Your spot is confirmed once full payment is received. Expect an automated email confirmation (check spam/junk folders if necessary).
